Terms of Service

These terms of service define the rules and obligations you accept by using the Sooci platform. Continuing to use the Platform means you accept these terms.
The service is provided under the official business name MUHAMMET FURKAN TOKER. Operation of the Sooci platform: Burak Öner.
1. Service Description
Sooci is a content planning and publishing tool that lets you manage your social media accounts from a single platform. It provides publishing, scheduling, and management for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok accounts.
2. Account Creation and Security
- A valid email address is required to create an account
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- Do not share your password with anyone
- All actions performed through your account belong to you
- In case of unauthorized access, notify support@sooci.net immediately
- Each user may create only one account
3. Acceptable Use
When using Sooci, you agree to the following rules:
- Publish only lawful content
- Respect third parties’ copyrights
- Do not publish spam, misleading, or harmful content
- Comply with the terms of connected platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, X, TikTok)
- Do not abuse or overload the system
- Do not attempt unauthorized access with automated tools
- Do not attempt to access others’ accounts or data without permission
4. Prohibited Content
Publishing the following content through Sooci is strictly prohibited:
- Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- Sexually explicit content or content that exploits children
- Misleading, fake, or fraudulent content
- Materials that infringe copyright
- Content that shares personal data without permission
- Malware or malicious links
5. Social Media Platform Integrations
Sooci uses Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, Google (YouTube), X (Twitter), and TikTok APIs. Changes to those platforms’ terms may affect our service. Sooci cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by platform API changes.
By connecting your social media accounts to Sooci, you also accept the API terms of the relevant platforms.

6. Service Continuity and Interruptions
Sooci takes necessary measures for uninterrupted service. However, temporary interruptions may occur in the following cases:
- Planned maintenance and updates (notified in advance)
- Technical failures or infrastructure issues
- Third-party API outages (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, X, TikTok)
- Natural disasters or force majeure
7. Billing and Subscription
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
- If you cancel before the next billing period, no charge is applied
- Unused periods are not refunded
- Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance
- Free plan users cannot access paid features
8. Content Ownership and License
Content you upload to Sooci belongs to you. Sooci does not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content so we can provide the service. This license ends when you close your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sooci is not responsible for:
- Damages arising from content published by users
- Disruptions caused by social media platform API changes
- Interruptions of third-party services
- Losses arising from incorrect use by the user
- Force majeure events
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Sooci may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:
- Violation of these terms
- Detection of illegal activity
- Prolonged inactivity (12 months)
- Failure to meet payment obligations
Where possible, notice is given before account termination.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes are notified by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
